Ingredients
- garlic
- 400g Gruyere cheese
- 200g Emmenthal cheese
- 300ml dry white wine
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 50g cornflour
- milled black pepper
- nutmeg
- 20ml kirsch
Directions
- Rub the inside of the fondue dish with garlic, crush and leave in the dish.
- Place all other Ingredients into the dish and cook over a fierce heat, carefully stirring with a whisk.
- Finish with milled pepper, nutmeg and kirsch.
- Serve with slices of French bread.
