Ingredients
- 200g Scallops
- 200g Shelled Prawns (uncooked)
- 200g Calamari (uncooked)
- 375g Spaghetti
- 100g Snowpea Sprouts
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh Chives
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
- 1 teaspoon cracked Black Peppercorns
- 2 teaspoons grated Lemon rind
- 1/3 cup coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Olive Oil
Directions
- Add pasta to a large saucepan of boiling water. Boil uncovered until just tender; drain.
- Heat oil in wok or large frying pan; stir-fry Prawns, scallops, calamari rings and garlic until seafood is cooked through.
- Add Snowpea sprouts, herbs, rind, juice and peppercorns; stir until well combined. Toss seafood mixture through hot pasta.
