Small cabbage rolls

Directions

  1. Blanch cabbage leaves for 10 minutes. Refresh.
  2. Using soft part of leaf, allow one leaf to produce 2 croquets, 6cm long x 3cm diameter.
  3. Blend all other ingredients, except stock together.
  4. Enclose in cabbage leaves and place in baking dish.
  5. Pour in stock and bring to boil.
  6. Place in oven and bake at 160c for 30 minutes.
