Ingredients
- 10 cabbage leaves
- 500g minced beef
- 100g onions, chopped and braised
- 200g boiled rice
- 110g eggs
- 20g tomato paste
- 2g mixed herbs
- salt
- pepper
- 500ml stock or hock
Directions
- Blanch cabbage leaves for 10 minutes. Refresh.
- Using soft part of leaf, allow one leaf to produce 2 croquets, 6cm long x 3cm diameter.
- Blend all other ingredients, except stock together.
- Enclose in cabbage leaves and place in baking dish.
- Pour in stock and bring to boil.
- Place in oven and bake at 160c for 30 minutes.
