Ingredients
- 50g onion, finely diced
- 300g butter
- 200g sausage meat
- 550g eggs
- salt
- pepper
- 10 english muffins
Directions
- Sauté onion in butter, add sausage meat and lightly brown.
- Beat eggs, pour over meat and onions stirring constantly until eggs are cooked.
- Season to taste and serve on hot buttered muffins.
