Savoury muffins

Directions

  1. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together 3 times. Rub in butter.
  2. Mix to a dough with milk, turn out and knead well. Roll out to approximately 50mm thick.
  3. Spread with tomato paste, then sprinkle with cheese and onion.
  4. Roll up and cut into 4cm slices, pack together on a greased baking sheet, brush with melted butter and bake at 230℃ for 20 minutes.
  5. Cut in half and serve buttered.
