Ingredients
- 340g flour
 - 20g baking powder
 - 5g salt
 - 45g butter
 - 230ml milk
 - 40ml tomato paste
 - 120g Matured cheddar cheese, grated
 - 120g onions, finely diced
 - 60g butter, melted
 
Directions
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt together 3 times. Rub in butter.
 - Mix to a dough with milk, turn out and knead well. Roll out to approximately 50mm thick.
 - Spread with tomato paste, then sprinkle with cheese and onion.
 - Roll up and cut into 4cm slices, pack together on a greased baking sheet, brush with melted butter and bake at 230℃ for 20 minutes.
 - Cut in half and serve buttered.
