Savoury Meatballs

Directions

  1. Combine breadcrumbs, minced steak, onion and cheese in a bowl.
  2. Add egg to mince mixture, season with salt and pepper and mix well.
  3. Divide mixture into small meatballs, roll in flour, place on oven trays and brush over with butter.
  4. Bake at 200℃ for approximately 15 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, allowing for 4 meatballs per portion.
