Ingredients
- fresh breadcrumbs
- 500g minced steak
- 60g matured cheddar cheese, grated
- 55g egg, Lightly beaten
- 5g salt
- 1.5g pepper
- 250g flour
- 100g butter, melted
Directions
- Combine breadcrumbs, minced steak, onion and cheese in a bowl.
- Add egg to mince mixture, season with salt and pepper and mix well.
- Divide mixture into small meatballs, roll in flour, place on oven trays and brush over with butter.
- Bake at 200℃ for approximately 15 minutes.
- Serve hot, allowing for 4 meatballs per portion.
