Ingredients
- 660g Chicken Meat, sliced thinly
- 1 Medium White Onion (150g), sliced thinly
- 1 small Red Capsicum (160g), sliced thinly
- 250g Broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 pkt (250g) Beanshoots
- 1/3 cup (50g) Roasted Peanuts
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Vegetable Boil
Marinade
- 1/3 cup (80ml) Teriyaki Marinade
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
- 2 tablespoons Green Ginger Wine
- 2 tablespoons Plum Sauce
Directions
- Combine chicken and marinade in large bowl for 10 minutes.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in wok or large frying pan. Stir-fry chicken until cooked through; remove chicken from wok.
- Heat remaining oil in wok; stir-fry onion until soft, add Capsicum and broccoli; stir-fry until vegetables are just tender.
- Return Chicken, add beanshoots to wok; stir-fry until mixture is hot. Serve sprinkled with Peanuts.
Marinade Method
- Combine Ingredients in medium bowl, mix well.
