Ingredients
- 300g carrots, diced
- 300g potatoes, diced
- 300g leeks, shredded
- 75g butter
- 2 litre white veal stock
- 200g broad beans
- salt
- pepper
- 300ml cream
Directions
- Lightly cook the carrots, potatoes and leeks in butter.
- Moisten with stock and add beans.
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 40 minutes.
- Correct seasonings and serve with cream.
