  1. Roll out dough onto lightly oiled pizza tray and brush with oil. Cover with slices of mozzarella.
  2. Mix together the tomatoes, anchovies, capers, oregano, pepper, black olives and cheddar cheese.
  3. Pour over dough. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and decorate with extra olives and anchovies.
  4. Bake at 235℃ for 15-20 minutes.
