Ingredients
- 250g pizza dough
- salad oil
- 150g mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 350g canned tomatoes
- 50g anchovy fillets, diced
- 50g capers
- 5g oregano
- milled black pepper
- 100g black olives, sliced
- 150g cheddar cheese, grated
- 75g parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Roll out dough onto lightly oiled pizza tray and brush with oil. Cover with slices of mozzarella.
- Mix together the tomatoes, anchovies, capers, oregano, pepper, black olives and cheddar cheese.
- Pour over dough. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and decorate with extra olives and anchovies.
- Bake at 235℃ for 15-20 minutes.
