Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place potatoes and leeks into the stock and simmer for 40 minutes.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook for further 5 minutes.
  3. Pass through sieve or mill to puree.
  4. Reheat and season.
  5. Add the cream and serve garnished with chives.
