Directions

  1. Lightly fry the bacon, remove and set aside.
  2. Cook the onions and garlic in the bacon fat and dripping until soft.
  3. Add haricot beans, carrots and stock, simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Correct Seasonings.
  5. Serve garnished with cheese and chopped parsley.
