Gruyere shrimpy

  1. Reserve some shrimps for garnish. Chop remaining shrimps and mix with mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice.
  2. Butter the bread and spread with shrimp mixture.
  3. Whisk egg whites until stiff and fold into cheese, spread over shrimp mixture.
  4. Bake at 205℃ for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with shrimps and Parsley.
