Ingredients
- 150g shrimps
- 60g mayonnaise
- 60g sour cream
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 10 slices of white bread
- 160g egg whites
- 300g Gruyere cheese, grated
Directions
- Reserve some shrimps for garnish. Chop remaining shrimps and mix with mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice.
- Butter the bread and spread with shrimp mixture.
- Whisk egg whites until stiff and fold into cheese, spread over shrimp mixture.
- Bake at 205℃ for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with shrimps and Parsley.
