  1. Combine pork strips, ginger and garlic in a bowl; refrigerate, covered for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook pork strips in batches in oiled pan on high heat for 2-3 minutes or until lightly brown and just cooked through.
  3. Combine pork, Snowpeas, gourmet sprouts, pawpaw and parsley in a large bowl; drizzle with combined lime juice, olive oil and chicken stock; season to taste. Toss well.
