Ingredients
- 690g eggs
- 200g Shrimp
- 300g onion, minced
- 300g chives, finely chopped
- 300g cooked mushrooms, minced
- 5g salt
- pepper
- 60ml soy sauce
- butter
- cooking oil
Directions
- Lightly Beat the eggs.
- Combine the shrimp, onion, chives, mushrooms and seasoning.
- Add the egg and mix well.
- Heat the butter and oil in a pan (about 1cm deep).
- Spoon the mixture into pan in 60g lots.
- Saute for 3 minutes on each side or until brown.
