Fried Shrimp cakes

  1. Lightly Beat the eggs.
  2. Combine the shrimp, onion, chives, mushrooms and seasoning.
  3. Add the egg and mix well.
  4. Heat the butter and oil in a pan (about 1cm deep).
  5. Spoon the mixture into pan in 60g lots.
  6. Saute for 3 minutes on each side or until brown.
