Fried cheese fritters

Directions

  1. Spread the slices of bread with sausage mince, allow 15g per slice, then cover with a slice of Gruyere cheese.
  2. Turn slice over and repeat step 1.
  3. Make an egg wash with the egg and milk. Dip into egg wash then crumb. Allow to dry.
  4. Fry in deep fryer and serve hot.
