Ingredients
- 125g Vintage Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 30g plain flour
- 2.5ml worcestershire sauce
- 30g onions or chives, finely diced
- salt
- 80g egg whites
- 90g sesame seeds
Directions
- Combine the cheese, flour, worcestershire sauce, onions and salt.
- Whisk the egg whites until stiff and fold ino the cheese mixture.
- Form into walnut sized balls and roll in sesame seeds.
- Deep fry until golden brown, drain and serve hot.
