Ingredients
- 500g Crabmeat
- 60g butter
- 2.5g salt
- 2g pepper
- 1g cayenne
- 120g flour
- 55g eggs, for crumbing
- 85ml milk, for crumbing
- 120g fresh breadcrumbs, for crumbing
Directions
- Remove any shell from the Crabmeat.
- Mix together butter,salt, pepper and cayenne. Add to the crabmeat and mix well.
- Form into 15g balls and roll in flour. Dip in egg wash, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in deep fryer until golden brown.
- Drain and serve hot
