Crabmeat balls

Directions

  1. Remove any shell from the Crabmeat.
  2. Mix together butter,salt, pepper and cayenne. Add to the crabmeat and mix well.
  3. Form into 15g balls and roll in flour. Dip in egg wash, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in deep fryer until golden brown.
  4. Drain and serve hot
