Ingredients
- 250g shortcut pastry
- 250g eggs
- 400ml milk
- 100g cheddar cheese, grated
- 150g crab, canned
- paprika
Directions
- Roll out pastry and line flan cases.
- Mix eggs and milk together, stir in most of the cheese, crab and paprika.
- Pour into flan cases, sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake at 180℃ for 30-35 minutes.
