Ingredients
- 100ml brandy
- 200g Australian cheddar cheese, grated
- 100g butter
- cayenne
- 10 breasts of chicken, cooked
Directions
- Heat the brandy and mix in a blender with cheese.
- Add the butter, season with cayenne.
- Spread the mixture on breasts of chicken, roll up and refrigerate.
- Cut into 3cm lengths and spear with toothpicks. Serve.
