Chicken Delights

• 🍽️ Servings: 10 portions

Ingredients

• 100ml brandy
• 200g Australian cheddar cheese, grated
• 100g butter
• cayenne
• 10 breasts of chicken, cooked

Directions

1. Heat the brandy and mix in a blender with cheese.
2. Add the butter, season with cayenne.
3. Spread the mixture on breasts of chicken, roll up and refrigerate.
4. Cut into 3cm lengths and spear with toothpicks. Serve.
