Ingredients
- 240g Australian cream Cheese
- 120g Australian Danish blue Cheese
- 45g celery, finely sliced
- 60g chives, chopped
- 10g parsley, chopped
- 120g walnuts, finely chopped
Directions
- Blend the cheeses together.
- Add the celery, chives and parsley and mix well.
- Shape into a log by rolling in greaseproof paper and roll the log in the walnuts.
- Serve with savoury biscuits.
