Ingredients
- 340g flour
- 5g salt
- 20g baking powder
- 45g butter
- 230ml milk
- 20ml vegetable oil
- 250g ricotta Cheese
- 110g eggs
- 120ml cream
- 90g onion, finely diced
- 2.5g parsley, chopped
- 60g bacon, chopped
Directions
- Sift flour, salt and baking powder together 3 times. Then rub in butter.
- Add milk to form a scone dough.
- Roll out and line greased baking trays with scone dough.
- Mix remaining ingredients together and pour onto dough.
- Bake at 175℃ until brown.
