Directions

  1. Sift flour, salt and baking powder together 3 times. Then rub in butter.
  2. Add milk to form a scone dough.
  3. Roll out and line greased baking trays with scone dough.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour onto dough.
  5. Bake at 175℃ until brown.
