Ingredients
- 500g eggs
- 600g Rice
- 150g mature cheddar cheese, grated
- 5g salt
- 1g paprika
- 150g butter
- 500ml hot mournay sauce
Directions
- Lightly whip the eggs and add to rice. Stir in cheese, salt and paprika.
- Shape into patties, allowing 2 per portion.
- Heat butter in sauteuse, brown patties on both sides.
- Serve hot with mornay sauce.
