Cheese and celery pie

Directions

  1. Line pie plates using half the pastry and bake blind.
  2. Mix together cheese, celery, onion and caspsicum.
  3. Blend eggs, milk and seasoning together.
  4. Pour over celery mix and stir.
  5. Place mixture into pie cases and cover with remaining pastry, sealing the edges well.
  6. Perforate the top of each pie to allow steam to escape.
  7. Bake at 230℃ until pie begins to brown, then at 150℃ for a further 15-20 minutes.
