  1. Make a batter with the flour, milk and egg yolks, add a pinch of paprika.
  2. Stir in cheese and butter, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
  3. Brush omelette pan with thin film of oil and heat.
  4. Pour in a small spoonful of batter and cook on both sides until golden brown.
