Ingredients
- 175g flour, sieved
- 300ml milk
- 3 eggs, seperated
- paprika
- 90g blue vein cheese, sieved
- 50g butter, melted
- oil
Directions
- Make a batter with the flour, milk and egg yolks, add a pinch of paprika.
- Stir in cheese and butter, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Brush omelette pan with thin film of oil and heat.
- Pour in a small spoonful of batter and cook on both sides until golden brown.
