Asparagus Quiche

Directions

  1. Roll out pastry and line flan cases.
  2. Cook the asparagus in boiling salted water, drain and cool.
  3. Mix milk, cream and eggs together, add cheese, season lightly, then mix in cream and asparagus.
  4. Pour into flan cases, sprinkle with extra cheese.
  5. Bake at 180℃ for 30-35 minutes.
